Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
